She kept talking and talking and not making any sense whatsoever. The reporters would ask her a question that was clearly understandable and then she would answer in the most circuitous blather, making up words, verb tenses and dangling any participle that she could. English is supposedly her first language. Good Lord. How did she get elected governor?
