Don’t underestimate the power of Sarah Palin

When the republicans wake up and the smarter ones will, especially the coalition of neocon’s and corporate-repub’s, and realize that their past strategy of choosing a presidential candidate with "good ole boy" appeal over smarts, they will realize they have taken that strategy too far.

George Bush’s ignorance broke the camel’s back and the majority of Americans finally saw thru the “good ole boy” façade.

And if Palin continues her campaign for 2012, and it looks like she will on Alaska’s dollar, and she gets the right wing fundy’s all excited, it will scare the neocon/corp coalition into action looking for the next Reagan.

Where the republicans might be numb and lick their wounds for a while, I think Palin will scare them awake and into action to counter her fundy popularity.

Mitt Romney? Mike Huckabee? Newt Gingrich? A lot of their big names have already been pretty much exposed as assholes. I thought McCain stood the best chance; and his campaign completely sucked. Colin Powell would stand a chance, but they'll never nominate him.

2. Romney, Huckabuck and Newt all have baggage. Agree or not Powell has some integrity

and that eliminates him. I think it will be someone new, and untainted.

What are you kidding? She appeals to a few fucking frat boys, which has nothing to do with her "leadership skills" and a few fundies who have nothing to do with reality. She has no "power" only the power to be stupid enough to do whatever her puppet masters say. All this blathering about Palin is a joke. The GOP hasn't won the White House without Nixon or Bush on their ticket since 1928. That means for them to come up with another Reagan, they're going to have to put a Bush on as Veep; someone who will control the puppet through the shadow government as H.W. did with Ronald. So who can they pick? Jeb? Neil? I don't think they can pull this off again.
