13. A little bit of history on CIC

Before Bush came into office there was what was called CINC (Command in Chief). This referred to various locations, i.e., CINCPAC was the Commander in Chief for the Pacific Fleet. Bush's ego could not stand that anyone but he would referred to as Command in Chief, so he changed it. Just an example of what a simple minded, shallow man he is.
