¥et another good reason (there are so many I've lost track??) to just LEGALIZE THE WEED!
(i.e. legalization w/ regulations similar to alchohol, which would create a whole new
tax revenue stream to the US Treasury.)

This could even become a PATRIOTIC DUTY .. since it could help fix the US economy ..

.. imagine the headlines LOL ... "POT-HEADS OFFER TO DO THEIR PART TO SAVE THE ECONOMY"

Can Marijuana Ward Off Alzheimer's? Scientists Say 'Maybe' ] :wow:

The more research they do, the more evidence Ohio State University scientists find that specific elements of marijuana can be good for the aging brain by reducing inflammation and possibly even stimulating the formation of new brain cells.

The research suggests that the development of a legal drug that contains certain properties similar to those in marijuana might help prevent or delay the onset of Alzheimer's disease. Though the exact cause of Alzheimer's remains unknown, chronic inflammation in the brain is believed to contribute to memory impairment.

1. Not only that, but frequent orgasms in men can prevent prostate cancer.
More facts the Church/Government would just as soon prefer that you not know.

3. yes-- the drug companies must create a synthetic alternative soon
becasue just growing your own free and using it free of fear is too impossible to even contemplate--for them. Yes, an expensive synthetic replacement for the alkaloids in herb. That's what we need. To give Pot credibility as a medication, that is.

Why do corps and conservatives have to do everything the hard way? it's how they make so much money it is choking us to death.

11. Check With Me In About 25 Years...
My mother suffered from Altzheimers...a dreadful disease that words can't describe how devestating this illness is. At the outset of her illness she lost her appetite. I'm certain some of that was due to the various medications and other treatments that she was getting, but I always thought that getting her stoned would have helped restore her appetite and relieve a lot of the discomfort.

The other night I heard a 70's tune called "Paraquat"...and joked with a lifelong friend how we were supposed to have grown huge breasts by now.

I've been willing for 30 years. :smoke:

Seriously, this is great news. Any avenues to ending the horror of Alzheimers should be pursued.
