Shrub is determined to leave his ugly footprints --- both on the planet and on paper, to further his legacy as the most disastrous president in modern history.

I can't fathom, as the story suggests, it may take an Obama Administration a few years to reverse these idiotic rules. What damage will be done and who will be hurt as we wade through this bureaucratic bullshit?

Can anybody offer up a more optimistic scenerio? What proactive steps can we take as a counter measure?

What a dickweed! A true waste of space.

He won't be satisfied until he takes a bulldozer to every living creature and place of beauty we have left in this country.
