Podcast of the CFR's round-table discussion on financial regulation.
I'm not even five minutes in to the thing and I'm already irritated. Not only did the first speaker essentially balk at the idea of increasing regulation on the finance industry, but also he called the market neoliberals have promoted here and abroad as "bipolar".

Let me say as someone who has bipolar disorder, I have never destroyed anyone's life nor have I brought entire nations to their knees.

How can they remain so willfully ignorant?
