8. The Map Shortage of 2008

You know whats funny, Susan Jacoby actually does talk about a map shortage after the bombing of Pearl Harbor. Americans were actually interested in figuring out about the world, and people bought up maps to figure out where the deployments were going to be...but yeah, the dumb girl really is a good symbol of the 47% or so people that think Sarah Palin is a Hero.
