I Want Consequences For bu$hCo, Period. |
|
Justice would be another matter. How could their ever be real justice? The lies, the war, the murder, the stolen electionS, the assassinations, 9-11, all those who died because of them, etc. We have so much to deal with. I know there will be things we will never know about. But can't there be consequences for what we do know? Sternly-worded letters don't cut it, nor do threats of whatever type; I want action. Can't we move forward AND hold them accountable? I have no idea how this will be received here, but I guess the reason I'm posting it is to see if anybody else feels the same way.

1. There will be NO consequences, just as there have been none throughout the entire, |
|
disastrous, regime. Rethugs just do not pay for their misdeeds. Obama has said as much - he wants to focus on the future and you cannot do that if you look at the past. It sucks that they will get away with everything they have done, but there is not one god-damned thing we can do about it. Our "leaders" have decreed that.

4. Doesn't Much Matter How Much You Want It. It Ain't Gonna Happen. |
|
Might as well let your want go sooner than later. You'll be happier in the long run.

5. I'd love to see it, but it won't happen. |

A guy who is willing to keep a Bush admin. hack like Gates on at DoD isn't going to be at the forefront of holding these criminals to account.

6. He (Obama) won't be at the forefront but he will allow investigations |
|
As pres, he needs to be moving us forward. He has said that he will let investigations go forward. bushco blocked any serious investigations.

7. To let go of the past, in this case, is dangerous to the future. I, too, |
|
want justice. I swear to God if everything is over-looked, I will never vote again. We CAN move forward AND hold them accountable.
