Whereas Project X was such a successful endeavor.

Whereas collectively members of the project have seldom met face to face.

Whereas Nov. 4th was the penultimate event in the realization of the initial plan's objective.

Whereas Jan. 20 will be the ultimate event in the realization of the initial plan's objective.

Be it resolved by the undersigned that in recognition of the project's accomplishments January 20, 2009 will be known as Project Xmas, and in recognition thereof, that nominations of establishments of good cheer in which participants may convene on that date in our Capitol City will be accepted forthwith and subsequently put to a vote.

Merry Project Xmas! See y'all in DC.
