Antonia Juhasz, author of the new book "The Tyranny of Oil," spent some time recently answering our questions. Juhasz's book chronicles the history of the petroleum industry, from its outlaw beginnings to the modern-day excesses which pervade our culture now. Below is Part One of our Interview

2. Thanks for posting! Antonia Juhasz is a top notch investigator, writer and activist!
I'm looking forward to reading the interview. Why haven't we nationalized the oil industry, like any sane country would do, at this point, after all these fuckwads have done to destroy our cities, our democracy, other peoples' democracies, our common air and the very planet we live on?
