WHERE IS THE MONEY? I keep asking but no good answer...
just tell me where has the money gone?..simplistic question, perhaps....but I really want to know where it is...the billions that are no longer there to operate the financial giants...or to buy houses...or for manufacturers to keep running...where is it?..who's got it?

1. Pie In The Sky

Never was tangible.

Edited to add: It is like this. I lend you $100 which you lose. I charge you 10% interest on it so you owe me $110 dollars but you can't pay it. That $10 dollars never was and never will be, yet it is on paper.

2. Offshore CEO bank accounts.
Hell if I know. It would have been more fun attempting to flush the entire $700 billion down the toilet.

7. not just the 700 billion...which is now in the trillions..but all of it...
like the billions haliburton got on the no bid contracts...the billions spent on this war...where is all that money since it should be infusing this economy...if those companies are making money as well as others profiting from the war...why hasnt that offset this mess...

3. It's just GONE. But that's OK. They're printing more just as fast as they can.
Just propping this disaster up until Bush can get the hell out of The White House and the talk radio/conservative MSM can blame it all on Obama.

I don't believe most Americans realize just how bad this is going to get before it gets any better.

that no one wants to face up to.

9. insanity to watch the treasury systematically looted and do nothing about it..
it is absolutely mind boggling that we are asked to continue to witness this and just go along..its been criminal or borderline criminal behavior for years...and its much like the way mccain ran his campaign..just say anything and people will believe and go along with it...well,thats what continues to go on here...its ridiculous...

12. Pallets of shrink-wrapped money gone missing in Iraq....
Not a word or a question from MSM. If I fail to pay a $10 Dollar parking ticket... my local government will lock my wheels and tow my car.

Yet... Millions in cash missing from Iraq... and no one even blinks an eye? WTF?

What am I missing here?

13. We have an entire government full of corrupt looters?
That's the only explanation I can come up with...

I have this silly dream that if we had some real accountability we could reclaim all of the "missing" billions from Iraq, take back the $$ from the contractors that did no actual work, find this missing 2.3 trillion that Rumsfeld announced on 9/10/01, expose the lying bastards who put their money in Swiss Bank Accounts only to then claim they are bankrupt and need a bailout....you start to add it up and we're talking about some real money here and a huge percentage of our national debt they expect our children to pay for.

14. A lot of it is in people's houses that are being foreclosed on. It's hard
to get liquidity out of thousands of foreclosed homes.
