McCain/Palin would've whipped up quite a frenzy.

3. I cringe at any thought that the Rethug ticket would
have been able to make a lot of uninformed comments that would have stirred up the fury of fundie terrorists around the world.

4. If the CIA/Mossad wanted to move the War on Terror into Pakistan...
..This would seem to be the perfect event. Also, if the CIA wanted to enlist India's help in a Pakistan invasion....

Lots of questions.. where did these terrorists get 55 hours of ammunition? Young Islamic Militants wearing American T-shirts and Blue jeans? Huh? This doesn't add up correctly.

7. Simply not the case....
I have been to India several times. You can purchase lots of "brand name items" for just pennies on the dollar at any store. "Brands" like Nike, Adidas, Verasce, and Old Navy. These are simply knock-offs from China. The poor people of India could never afford the real thing so most settle for imitations.

8. Same here...
It's nothing but a tragedy -- and likely to get worse when, after the shock wears off, Hindu fundamentalists (there are a lot of them) start taking revenge on India's Muslim community.

:scared:

9. I agree 100%, the only peace I can find is that it could be worse than it is.
But even that is nothing to be thankful for, I would prefer to have an uneventful day where people who disagree with one another accept their differences and go their separate ways.

10. I don't think it would have changed anything. I was talking to people this morning who hadn't even
heard anything about it. They are pretty much anesthetized when it comes to anything happening more than eleven miles away.

12. I doubt it but we can't ever know for sure. Our elections are like our body politic,
basically evenly divided. That's always been true and will be as long as the country exists.
