streaming news from there and the past hour there was a gun battle and a huge fire which the firefighters just got under control. That wing of the taj looks to be pretty damaged.

on edit they are now saying three terrorists killed and that the govt commandos started the fire to flush them out. One govt commando killed in this operation.

3. They are showing the funerals for some of the officials that died

Very sad...split screen showing video of the head of the anti-terrorist team official at the scene that night suiting up to enter the site the terrorists had attacked and the then the live shot of his body right now being taken thru the crowd from his house. Anchor saying that is how he would want to be remembered...doing his job, being the one to head into the scene not just sending his men in there without him.
The other ceremony being shown is of a Major with the NSG who last called his family right before he headed to the Taj hotel to tell them "turn on the TV" so they could see where he was headed into.

Both are being cremated today.
