Why are you folks arguing over who has the best personal vehicle
rather than discussing why we don't have the best public transportation? As long as we have hard-ons over the best vehicle, it doesn't really fucking make any difference who made it.

:shakeshead wondering about priorities:

1. I have a bicycle and also walk a great deal. Especially in the summer.

2. My personal vehicle *is* public transportation
Well, and shoes. I don't have a modern normal person's definition of "walking distance" and kinda like that.

6. Same here.
I'm in a town of fewer than 500 people, which is about 30 miles from the nearest city.

Even so, since we moved away from a big metropolis, we use the car far less often, and put far fewer miles on it than we used to.

Go figure! :)

8. I'm glad that you don't need to rely on public transportation and
can sustain yourself without having to drive hundreds of miles a week to work.
