Sneed hears rumbles President-elect Barack Obama's chief of staff, Rahm Emanuel, is reportedly on 21 different taped conversations by the feds -- dealing with his boss' vacant Senate seat!

4. I hate to say it but

It doesn't take 21 calls just to give the governor a list of acceptable candidates. We'll know more on December 22 but that means that something we don't know is going to happen on December 21.

7. I have to disagree. The prosicutor already said there is no 'there' there.

I talked to my brother in law over twenty times this year and I HATE him, but we needed to do a little business.

9. Rahm is FROM Ill! I also noticed thar the story on TV is always a

bit different depending on which moderator or comentator was talking about it. One said Rahm talked to the Gov. office about the Senate 21 times. Another said he spoke to the Gov. office, but don't know what they talked about each time. As I said yesterday...WAIT to hear facts from people who REALLY KNOW!

She's the Maureen Dowd of Chicago papers...actually been at it a lot longer.

Now you have an incoming administration that is trying to calculate how they're gonna procede...how many votes they'll have in the Senate, who those votes will be and which people could be used for a new administration. Then there's the question about not only the vacant Senate seat here in Illinois (that Blago was dragging his feet on) and Emmanuel's own House seat. Sounds like there was plenty to talk about...and a volume of calls that said things weren't going the way they should.

I've long suspected its Rahm who dropped the dime on Blago...frustrated with the games this guy was playing and his outright arrogance and stupidity.

But heed no mind to reality, this little snippet is sure to launch both a corporate media and DU shitstorm...
