7. Congress needs to close the wallet, and say .."Um....No!.." |
|
Until we have a full accounting for where the FIRST part went, and who benefitted, they should NOT release anymore as a "lovely parting gift"..

9. What happened to the first $350 billion? |
|
I for one would like to see a little accounting, a little by-the-numbers, a little here's what we did. Who got it? What did they do with it? Why didn't it work? What sort of guarantees do we have that these guys are going to get it right this time? What do they plan to do with more money that they couldn't or didn't do with the first cash infusion?

10. It Has All Been Allocated |
|
Not given, mind you, but allocated. And it is, apparently, none of our business who it is allocated to. Just shut up and pay up before it is too late.

11. Now that GM and Chrysler have their bridge loans... |
|
Congress can wait until Jan. 20th.
Bush finally did the right thing and allocated the auto manufacturers some money from TARP as a bridge loan to keep them alive.
The economy can now officially limp to the end of Bush's term.
So Congress had better fucking wait!
