Gitmo personel, better lawyer up |
All Guantanamo medical personnel who participated in torture, be it forced tube feedings, or caring for an inmate they knew was being tortured and did not stop it or refuse to participate, should lose their licenses to practice medicine/nursing or whatever their training is. They may have been an MD or RN, LPN, lab technician, whatever. They should NEVER be allowed to practice again, in any manner, in any capacity. Ever. I hope the former prisoners sue the asses of each and very one of them. I hope for the next 20 years you are hounded by a pack of lawyers who will sue the fucking pants of each and every one of you.

3. Military medical personnel... |
I wonder what their liability is? Are they different from any other military person carrying out orders? I for one, am sick of the 'few bad apples' taking the fall for policy directives. I hope each and every detainee sues the United States Government.
