I work in an area that supports Federal Employees
via the telephone, as a CSR. And it has been my great joy to be doing some address changes, I tell you. Suddenly lots of people moving to and FROM the DC area. Its been causing me to smile so, its been showing through my voice, and I've been getting compliments.

Its been wonderful.

Just thought I'd share.
