Stimulus: DU this poll.
A local paper (Asbury Park Press) is running a poll on whether tax cuts will do more good than infrastructure spending. Poll here: http://www.app.com/section/BUSINESS

My take on the question: The Republicans favor more tax cuts and less spending. Their rhetoric is "big government is always inefficient" and "skyrocketing debt." The same people were silent on the subject of debt when it was used to finance the misadventure in Iraq, but that's a subject for another day. The REAL reason the Republicans stress tax cuts is that they want to preserve Bush's lower tax rates for the wealthy- top marginal income tax rate, capital gains, dividend income, etc.

A good basic primer on stimulus spending here: http://journals.democraticunderground.com/HamdenRice

4. Next, the question will be "Is the sky colored blue?"
Why run opinion polls on questions that already have answers? If the history of Republican rule has proven anything, it's that tax cuts harm the economy - they don't improve it.

6. 20% Tax Cuts - That is the same 20% that continue to support GOP
regardless of how disastrous they are.
