3. It looks no more like the Obama logo than it did before.

The "globe" logo has been around since 1950.

Now, if Pepsi had put the blue on top and red on bottom and changed the shape of the red part to imitate Obama's logo then I could see it.

Pepsi could argue that Obama ripped off the Pepsi logo using your reasoning.

The "re-branding" of Pepsi has been in the works long before the election. They don't just throw this stuff together overnight.

We had the new packaging in warehouse before the election, but had to use up the old logo cans/bottles/wraps first.

How many more of these "Pepsi ripped off Obama 59 years ago" threads are we going to have? This has to be at least the 10th.

5. Right next to the logo.
Just like it has been for the last few years.

At one point years ago, Pepsi was thinking about using the globe ONLY to identify Pepsi.

7. Yes, and it's been like that for a long time now.
It's still not a rip-off of Obama's logo.

9. I've noticed that also...
They might have had the logo much longer, but their new commercials are full of words and phrases that are tied to the Obama campaign.
