Watch it live at www.cspan.org on the C-span 2 web feed or if you have it via TV so much the better for you. Voices in opposition to his nomination should be interesting. They will harp about back taxes, they will harp about misguided pardons, but will they so much as hint at their own obstruction of investigations?

might have been wednesday. Anyway it was the vote for the Committee to recommend him to the full Senate for a vote.
