I'm listening to the Holder nomination debate and it sure sounds to me like Gonzo is being handed up as the sacrificial lamb for the Bush Administration. Makes sense. He's the weakest member standing out there all alone other than Bush himself.

3. He will too, I think he fancies himself the John Dean of the Bush administration |
|
It's bullshit but whatever, he's also a chicken shit, so he'll squeal, if you'll pardon my mixed up metaphor there.

I'll be happy to see Gonzales in jail but I want him to room with Cheney and Bush, Rice and yes, even Powell. I want them all behind bars because we are a nation of laws, not of men.

4. I think Rice is the next best bet for jail time |
|
Look to see who their political allies are. We'll never get Rumsfeld or Cheney, way too much power backing them up. But some of Bush's friends that he brought along with him, they don't have that kind of deep support. Gonzo and Rice, all those clowns over at Justice, they're all just low hanging fruit with no fence for protection.

You saw him at the inaugural. He wasn't in that wheelchair for a "back injury". He's got a big, bad case of CHF and the meds don't look to be working anymore. I swear, every time I see him, I feel like I'm in the USSR getting my approved message about his health.
But I digress. It is really too bad about Rumsfeld, but I think you're right. Eventually, though, we will get to the Shrub because he isn't actually backed by those allies, never was. He was a convenient mouthpiece and I don't think Poppy is quite strong enough to protect the stupid son much longer. Damn, it must chap Jeb's butt to see what a fuck up his brother was and how it ruined his chances of ever getting the top spot.

5. If Shrub give him up, Gonzo is going to SING like a canary! |
|
I have to believe, after all he put himself through for Shrub, he expected some help finding a nice job, and Shrub ignored him! He's still unemployed! Nobody will convince me that he & his family aren't pissed about that!!!
Shrub just might be feeling the results of Pay Back is a B..........

8. Gonzales will sing and so will Scotty, heck Scotty will go talk without a subpeona |
|
I didn't buy Scott McClellan's transformation until I saw him on video. That guy has truly had his soul cut in half. He has actually reformed. If anyone gets the John Dean medal for this time around, it would be him, though John Dean was a far more influential person in Nixon's admin. than Scott ever was.

13. Scotty has lost weight and looks...shall I say it? Almost handsome. His |
|
appearance indicates at least to me, a man so relieved to have burdens lifted. I could hardly believe he was the same person from a year ago. He speaks with confidence and his entire image has improved. Good for him.

10. Pretty sure the "Torture pResident" gave him perpetual immunity |
|
along with all other aides, such as Rove and Meyers , etc..Anyone that ever said hi to the Torture pResident now has perpetual immunity from ever having to testify. I am fairly certain Obama will uphold that as he wants to move forward and forget all the past crimes committed

12. Leahy is laying it down against the pukes right now. |
|
Saying that there is all of this poutrage about Holder's connections with Clinton, but not once did he hear ANY compaints from the pukes over *'s decision to give Libby a free pass on his prison sentence.
Great comments.
