Is there a way to find out if lawmakers are also bank shareholders? |

and how many shares they hold? Seems somewhat likely that the banks are going to fail or perhaps be nationalized, and these stimulus packages are the ideal way for shareholders to do something so they can either ideally prevent failures or else get out before the prices collapse. Just my opinion here.
What am I missing?

Do I need to make a FOIA request, or are the records available online, I wonder? I know opensecrets.org has some info, not sure how comprehensive it is.
