they really hold their workers in that much contempt? they must know they'll fail without 'em, or else they wouldn't dangle this insulting carrot.

just give em a living wage and benefits - how tough is this?

lay-off..

They are playing chicken with their employees.. Try to see how many jump at the offer and leave "willingly"..

Siince they only seem to "make money" through layoffs, why not just lay everyone off..they'd be RICH, I tell ya!

6. Even worse.. A new car, a huge tax bill - and no income.
By the time it's all done - they have what? 7K left after taxes. I don't know about you - but that wouldn't get my family very far, especially with my son's health needs. Maybe a month?
