It's the HHS thing too. But, I can't stand for him to keep lying about it. He claims he thought it was a "gift from a good friend". Any GIFT resulting in $100,000 tax liability is TAXABLE under all situations! Makes me wonder what other GIFTS he thinks are non-taxable.
