Slowly Slip-Sliding Away..
As our nation sinks even deeper into this recession, the Republicans are up to their usual political tricks. Partisan politics above all else, including the welfare of our country. With cheerleaders like Hannity and Limbaugh on the sidelines cheering them on, they aim to block the new President anyway they can. The country be damned. I doubt that their efforts will go unnoticed by the voters in the next election?

1. Hannity and Limbaugh are only the least of it
Every MSM outlet I've seen has been air Republican talking points without any sort of rebuttal or refutation. The Repubs are given carte blanche to frame the entire discussion in every forum.

Of course, since they hold the Presidency and super-majorities in both houses of Congress, you can understand why they'd get more coverage...

2. CNBC is in on it as usual.
They usually like stuff that would help the markets. But the chance to bash Democrats is much more enticing to them. They have there chimps constantly badgering anyone that would be in opposition. I don't think I'd even want to come on the show, it's a farse. You know what they are going to say.

4. The repubs are masters of partisan politics
It's running a country that they really suck at. After they have succeeded in sending the rest of what remains of
our economy into the turkey processing cone, they will point their fingers at Obama and the Democrats and cry
"They broke that lamp that I knocked over!" And the type of people who inspired "Red State Update" will march to the
polls in indignation to vote for Saruh.
