Here is a great resource which was posted by another DU member, whose name I cannot recall. ( so sorry)

I have using this site and it is so much better than Thomas. Everything going on in Congress can be found and tracked easily. You can set up tracking preferences and/or alerts for bills, hearings, topics, Indiv. Congress people's speeches, etc.
I tend to drool over workable database trackers..maybe it's just me, I dunno. I do know we gotta watch these folks like a hawk, and some of us have more time to do that, now.
