Would someone hit David Vitter over the head with a fish ladder? |
|
He's going on and on about how he doesn't know what it is and how he bets 95 Senators don't know what it is.

4. Well, I'll admit I don't know what a fish ladder is, either. |
|
But I am certain that my senator is as useless as a fish head.

Who's your Senator?
A fish ladder is more a NorCal, Pacific Northwest thing. It's a route that's constructed around dams so that salmon can swim upstream to spawn. If you like salmon, a fish ladder is a nice thing, indeed. :)

He needs to go back to Louisiana, don his diapers and pay his Madam for a good time. That way he is engaged in things that don't affect the rest of us.
