One of our Supreme Court justices is a total prick
http://www.sun-sentinel.com/news/local/palmbeach/sfl-0203-bn-scalia,0,7603575.story?track=rss

WEST PALM BEACH - In a room filled with some of Palm Beach County's most powerful people, it took a 20-year-old political science student to throw off U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia on Tuesday afternoon.

Student Sarah Jeck stood in front of 750 people and asked Scalia why cameras are not allowed in the U.S. Supreme Court even though the court hearings are open, transcripts are available and the court's justices are open enough to go "out on book tours." Scalia was at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in part to do a book signing and wasn't happy at the question.

"Read the next question," Scalia replied. "That's a nasty, impolite question."

3. Or John, "don't know the words for swearing in a US
President even though * made me Chief Justice" Roberts?

11. Clarence is the republicon who's into pubic hairs, right?
I wanna be sure so I won't confuse him with the Republicon Family Value Freaks who are into diaper sex with hookers, or into 'doing' strangers in public bathroom stalls.

So many Family Values Paragons to keep track of, kinda keeps an American busy trying to, um, figure out the republicon homelanders...

15. He's the one who assumed,
and this kills me whenever I think of it, what is regarded as the Thurgood Marshall seat on the Supreme Court.

He's the affirmative action baby who has consistently voted against affirmative action.

And in all his years on the bench - since Bush 41 nominated him, calling him, laughably, "the most qualified man in the United States" for that position - he has never asked ONE QUESTION from the bench during oral arguments. NOT ONE. All Justices have traditionally peppered counsel with questions that have made appearances before the US Supreme Court so exciting and terrifying.

Why doesn't he ask any questions?

BECAUSE HE IS TOO FUCKING STUPID TO BE ABLE TO FORMULATE ANY QUESTIONS.

You have to know something about something to be able to formulate an intelligent question.

Oh, man, how I despise that other Fat Fuck. He's a great pal of Rush Limbaugh, you know. In fact, Thomas performed Rush's last marriage. Nice, huh?

5. He's not "Tony"
His name in Antonin, not Antonio. His diminutive is "Nino."

I like for us to be specific when we're bashing the fat fuck.

Thank you.

8. Or we could keep it simple and just refer to him as "the fat fuck." And why was the
fat fuck so touchy about a simple question?

who has been nothing but embarrassed and enraged since the fat fuck joined the SC, I can easily say that THE FAT FUCK flows easily off my tongue and keyboard.

19. I watch him closely
I need to know everything about him, because he is my mortal enemy.

Eternal vigilance, and all that.

6. Sounds like the student was far more mature than "Justice" Scalia
Down toward the bottom of the article, Sarah Jeck is quoted as saying that she didn't think Scalia was being a self-important pompous prick who shouldn't be allowed within 30 miles of a court of law (okay, it wasn't exactly phrased that way), but she was far more gracious than I think I would have been.

Fat Tony likes to declaim, not explain.

7. "Justice Scalia" is an oxymoron
The fact that it's an oxymoron is ironic.

17. Only one?
What about "I don't have an opinion" Clarence Thomas? You remember him? The African American one who thinks we need to go back to segregation. (He was the one asleep while Obama was giving his inauguration speech)?
What about the Chief Justice? You know the one that can't memorize one line to swear in President Obama (God, how cool is that still to type?!)?
