Nice to have a majority. You republican assholes can make your speeches, but I hope you enjoy seeing your amendments die one by one.

"McCain Amdt. No. 279; To prohibit the applicability of Buy American requirements in the Act to the utilization of funds provided by the Act."

Why not just be straightforward and offer an amendment to strike the Buy American requirements.
