Woman found guilty of carving her name in man's shoulder with Stanley knife.
Edited on Thu Feb-05-09 07:16 PM by pacalo
HORRIFIED Wayne Robinson yesterday showed for the first time the tattoos a girl carved on him as he slept after a night of lust.

The Sun told last week how pretty Dominique Fisher was convicted of wounding for slashing her name on Wayne, 24, with a Stanley knife as he lay in a drunken sleep.

As he displayed the permanent scars, he said: “I went to her place for sex, not to be tattooed. I look like something out of the TV show Prison Break. I can’t believe she did this to me and I hate her.”

(...)

He went on: “She looked really good in the club and we got on well. She asked me to spend the weekend at her flat.

“I said yes straight away. It was clear she meant to have sex.

“When I woke I was covered in blood. Dominique was snoring. I just had to get out of there. I didn’t even wake her to ask what she’d done.”

3. I liked the story about the man lopping his "willy" off....
http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/article2208658.ece

Ouch! Man lops his willy off!

A CARELESS man is in hospital after slicing off his penis and flushing it away down the loo.

Medics in Serbia managed to save 45-year-old Ratko Dudic’s life.

But they couldn't fish out his severed manhood from the town’s main drains.

Urologist Dr Branko Potic from the Nis Clinical Centre said: “The patient’s life is not in danger.”

4. Oh, that's gooood, Mike. They do have a way with words, don't they?
A "lop" isn't quite as menacing as "chop".

29. No, No.., "Careless" is when you leave your cell phone at the restaurant.
Cutting your own dick off and flushing it down the john is a tad beyond "careless". :freak:

6. Funny thing is, she invited him over for not just one night -- a whole weekend!
Just imagine what her creativity could have done to this deep sleeper in all that time.

8. Weird. Just from the article I can't see why she was convicted.
He says he can't even remember having sex with her, he was so drunk, and she claims he asked her to carve him up (she herself has multiple tattoos). He can't remember it but says he would never ask for such a thing. Maybe not, but I can see his asking her to do that to be at least as likely as her just deciding to assault him in such a bizarre way, especially given the extent of the carving (see the pictures at the link). I just don't see why his drunken story is more reasonable and believable than hers, particularly in court. He admits to not remembering a thing. How does he KNOW he didn't get a little crazy? Maybe he didn't, but again, if this is ALL the evidence there is, I wouldn't vote to convict her in a jury trial.

9. Maybe the jury charged her by the letter/stroke.
;)

I guess we had to be there to hear the whole story & to measure the credibility of each.

10. Sounds and looks like S & M gone too far.
If he was that drunk, he can't possibly remember the events of that night clearly. The slashes on his shoulder look like something done in passion. The name looks like something done "post", done with care.

Some people get off on cutting. Not me but if this guy agreed to it (and he was so drunk he doesn't remember), there's a certain population of people who get off on that.

12. That is some
serious drinking to keep one anesthetized during a "tattoo" session like that.... Also - is a carving a tattoo? I call it a maiming. Oh, and like her name couldn't have been Sue or anything shorter than Dominique....

18. Women do some crazy shit...
There was a girl who worked the PM shift on the dock at the postal facility that I also worked at on the graveyard shift. One night I drove into the employee parking lot and noticed that she had spray-painted her name along with her supervisor's name in huge letters, that said she was his "girl" right on the pavement leading into the lot.

Upon entering the building, I found out that she had not stopped there, and had written the same words with a permanent marker all over the walls, machines, and equipment, throughout the building..LOL!!

I could not believe that no one, esp in management had spotted what she was doing and stopped her. The management/supervision in the building on the afternoon shift was notoriously poor, so I guess that I should not have been surprised. Unfortunately that was not the case on my shift, we had to be very productive, and management watched us like hawks. Every once and a while I had to stifle a laugh when I saw how upset they were about what happened. It took a few days for maintenance to erase the "evidence", and apparently the girl who did it checked herself into an institution to avoid prosecution. It is a felony to deface or damage postal property.

21. So do men, but they will often beat or kill the object of their stalking.
Markers and spray paint are pretty tame compared to what happens to a lot of women who spurn men's advances.

24. That works both ways nowadays
I broke up with a woman that I dated about five years ago, who proceeded to get shit-faced drunk, repeatedly called me on the phone and left threatening messages, then drove to my house while I was asleep and smashed out the windows of my backyard sunroom before I could get out of my bedroom to stop her. When I got to the sunroom doorwall, and turned on the outside lights, I noticed that she had a long kitchen knife in her hand. I managed to wrestle the knife out of her hand and called the police after she took off in her car. They stopped her a few miles away near her mother's house and arrested her. I did not press charges, but took out a personal protection order on her. The police charged her with drunk driving, 3rd offense, and she did some time in jail. I have moved away since.

That's horrible. I'm glad it didn't turn out any worse than it did. Thankfully, nobody was hurt.

Never can be too careful these days.

He picks up a girl in a bar, both of them drunk, and has sex with her when he doesn't even know her? Clearly, he thought he was getting an easy piece of ass, and he got a bit more than he bargained for.

23. I'm not sure I'm buying his story.
All that cutting took some work. And he really slept through all that? He'd have to have been under general anaesthesia. More likely he was in on it, and then blacked out and forgot.

28. And if they were both drunk and blacked out how do we know it wasn't consensual?
If it was reversed, this thread would be a mile long with fellas saying the carvee might've requested it during her drunken blackout.
