plus the rest of the TARP.........350 billion
plus the difference in the value
to value ration deal struck by
Paulson and the first round........66 billion....somehow this should be returned..adjusted..

plus the war profiteering money..???? billion....which kbr, halliburton, etc should return after
prosecution is completed


there is more to be found just lying around in offshore accounts as well...
