I have an idea regarding the 58/42 ratio

You know the ratio I am talking about - 42% tax cuts, vs 58% spending.

Let's apply that logic to the defense spending of the pentagon......your budget just got cut 42% - and now you can spend 58% of what you thought you could.

I know - everyone is talking about the spending bill......but there is another task for Mr. President Obama to tackle - and it promises to be far more incendiary. You must take a good hard long look at defense spending.
