What happened with Rove's subpoena?
I was pretty much news-less for a few days and have no clue. Wasn't some response due Feb. 2nd?

1. His lawyer says he isn't showing.
Feb 18th, Obama's Administration will rule on chimpy's letter. THe subpoena date got pushed to the 24th, IIRC.

5. It could potentially be a great judicial showdown.
I hope Justice Ginsberg is back in time, in case it makes it to the Supreme Court.
