$14.95 for a November 5, 2008 NYT?!?
I was just out getting bagels & coffee when I noticed this at the checkout.

The local paper was $9.95! (a .50 daily publication!)

My goodness...

2. Yeah ...

I collect paper.

The prices for the dailies are insane right now ... overpriced for the time period we're talking and the number of issues printed.

But, wait enough years that those who don't collect or preserve properly have lost their copies ... the prices will be epic.
