Better keep our powder dry...
I think this is why we are giving the Republicans so much in terms of their demands for the stimulus package. We better keep our powder dry for some really important fight like...

Getting one more Senator in the next election?

Uh...

Truth of the matter is, the voting public hates wimps.

Truth of the matter is, the voting public voted overwhelmingly for radical change.

Truth of the matter is, if we don't steer radical change, radical change will steer us. Right into the ground.

A lot of you are saying that Obama is pulling some grand master chess strategy. I don't see it. I see an ineffective stimulus package, fucked up beyond belief by the Republicans, with the Dem's apparent blessing, about to pass.

We've got EVERYTHING we want except for maybe one lousy Senator. And we still act like wimps.

Beyond belief. Absolutely beyond belief.

If the Dems don't turn this around ASAP, they will lose all credibility in a very short period of time.

3. from my point of view america is already wrecked
I say this because no matter how the stimulus comes out of the wash already far too many people are already lost in the mix and this package does not include or even apply to them. Obama said this will either retain or create 4 million jobs and if it just retains them then here were are and if it creates them then this will no amount to enough jobs needed by new people just entering the work force and this is over two years and as it is each day there are thousands of jobs lost.
