8. Last night Charlie Rose was all about this bill. Someone, maybe Al Hunt, |
|
said that these economic bills that come first in a new administration are always a big circus. Apparently not only Clinton but also Poppy and Rayguns went through just about the same thing. I was happy to hear that because to hear the Republicans, Obama should just pack up and go back to Chicago.

16. "Thank you President Kerry" is what I... |
|
...was thinking during his whole speech. ;) I guess...now with Obama...I should think 'Former' President...but we are where we are because of President Kerry. You can tell he loves the debate.

You miserable SOB.
It wasn't the 'Democrat' congress that filibustered every important bill in last session.

28. Such a wonderful and to-the-point speech! Called them out for filibustering. |
|
Called them out for old-tactics, called them out for creating the straw-man of being left out, called them out on being children running home with their marbles, sucking their thumbs and pulling the sheet over their heads, and called our McCrook for calling the fundamentals of the economy strong and for his econ. adviser for calling the recession "mental."
She's so good! SO happy to have her as the strongest Senator from CA!!!
