Orange County Considers Closing 16 Schools
Proposal Made Amid Budget Crisis

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Local 6 News reported Friday that Orange County may consider closing 16 elementary schools amid its budget crisis.

The schools being considered are Hungerford, Grand Avenue, Lake Como, Kaley, Rock Lake, Richmond Heights, Maxey, Ivey Lane, Orange Center, Fern Creek, Pershing, Hillcrest, Pine Castle, Killarney, Eccleston and Washington Shores.

Orange County schools face a $105 million shortfall.

1. florida is against education anyway except jebs church shools - private schools are getting funds n/
