2. Kind of a dumb argument.
even though Limbaugh is a jackass. IMHO, Limpballs may respond just for the publicity, and because the argument is ridiculous (he wouldn't respond if Nader made a good point).

Jackass doesn't broadcast his show on public airwaves. He sells it to affiliates who have paid the government for broadcast licenses. They buy it so they can broadcast it. If the government feels the public airwaves are worth more than licensees are paying, they should charge more.
