One thing Obama does that Bush also did |
|

is refer to people as "folks". It irritates the hell out of me every time the President says it, because it reminds me of *.

6. Can you explain your FDR attraction? |
|
Seriously. You bring him up constantly, so I just wonder. Not a bad person to have as an example, but still...

7. The other presidential libraries don't have as easy of photo links. |

Though the Nixon library has a great photo series of Nixon meeting Elvis, THE most requested photograph from the US archives.
And MANY people are drawing the comparisons between the two eras and two presidents. Have you missed that?

9. No, I haven't missed a thing, and wonder about your FDR Jones. |
|
But you apparently don't want to answer, and that's okay.

10. The answer is the other libraries don't have good photo links. |
|
Did you miss the TIME cover with Obama decked out as FDR? One of the conservative magazines also had it.
Then there are all the Great Depression analogies being made. And the comparisons - unfair - of Bush to Hoover. Hoover got a bum rap.

3. I use the term "folks" all the time. Remember this.... |
|
the English language has only a limited number of terms. Plus, any word in the mouth of a total idiot and buffoon is quite different from that same word in the mouth of a brilliant man.

5. Goes to Camp David? Oh, the 'folks' thing. Don't worry, it's a totally harmless |
|
linguistic idiosyncrasy that actually is fairly endearing to the people whose support he actually needs. Don't invent a crisis when none exists. :D
