That is the most optimistic interpretation of things.

Not sure if it will turn out to be true or not. Fingers crossed.

If such a strategy is being pursued, it is a long-term one, and will not find out if it has been effective for months.

Yes, I know it's troubling, because it mirrors so many of the same old same old "keep the powder dry" bullshit.

But if we are correct (if indeed that was what you meant), then it just looks the that.

6. Why would Obama threaten to veto bills that have already won approval of Congressional Democrats?
That would signal a major rift between Obama and Congress and would probably be bad news.

So I'm not sure where you're really going here.
