The President gave it to the Chimp in his opening statement twice!
He said that the "last 8 years have proved that tax cuts alone don't work"

and he reminded people of Katrina.

Boy it's great having a president again.

that we need to put money in the hands of the people most likely to spend it: The middle and lower classes.
