OBAMA: All right, Helen. This is my inaugural moment here. (Laughter.) I'm really excited.

1. I wish she had a better question
She asked something obvious and something Obama would never answer.

10. Her question was great and precisely on point as to why our Middle East policy is a joke. (NT)

3. It was classy
Helen was the only person he mentioned by her first name.

4. Cute!
I wish Helen would update her book, "Front Row at the White House". I'd sure like to read her behind-the-scenes insight from the last 8 years.

8. What was the point of asking him to confirm Israel's possession of nukes?
I don't see where asking him to state it publicly is a win for anyone.

However, I did laugh when she asked it then watched him dance around it.

9. She brought it out of the closet and to the public's attention.
Which is why she's a great reporter.

13. Well, for starts, it would be honest.
And it would help people to understand why some other powers in
the Middle East *ALSO* want nuclear weapons.

An awful lot of Americans think that, e.g., Iran would be *THE FIRST*
nuclear power in the region instead of the third.

14. I would venture to say 80% of Americans believe that, hence
why it was such an important question to ask.
