Truth and reconciliation?

Does Bush deserve some Truth and Reconciliation thing or should he be tried like bin Laden.

BTW, as much as we hate bin Laden, he deserved to rot in prison for life. I don't believe in the death penalty.

1. I too believe in rotting

They need to languish in anguish, imho.

Fair trials for all, then dark, dank, moldy, rat and roach infested cells for all those convicted.

4. Truthiness and cover-up

This isn't a goddamned banana republic. Our legal system is supposed to be a model for the world. Why is Obama afraid to use it?

5. If you tell the commission the whole truth you have immunity

but if you leave out anything you are charged with perjury.

If you don't testify before the commission, no immunity and charges will be filed.
So lets say people under Rumsfeld testify about Rummy's crimes they get immunity
and if Rummy refuses the commission and the evidence is there he will
be prosecuted.
