Leverage is a pretty good show. It's on TNT on Tuesday night. It is |
|
based on a Brit show called Hustle that played on AMC. From the Leverage website:
The series follows a team of thieves, hackers and grifters who act as modern-day Robin Hoods, taking revenge against those who use power and wealth to victimize others.

The wife and I watch it every week. I think they are trying make Hutton's character a little too complex.

3. The supporting characters are actually a bit more complex |
|
Especially Spencer (the muscle guy) and Hardison (the computer geek), IMHO.
I think my favorite series for Timothy Hutton is still Nero Wolfe.

My wife loves the computer geek guy, but couldn't explain why. She's also a huge Will Smith fan, so I told her: "Well look: that guy is CHANNELING Will Smith! Every tic, every mannerism, the timbre of his voice, the rhythm of his speech, it's all Will Smith!"
My fave is the English/New Zealand lady. Smoking hot!

5. I agree. Gina Bellman is very easy on the eyes. |
|
The show "Leverage" is pretty good. The stories/assignments are also mostly current event type stuff.

6. Gina was in the ORIGINAL "Friends" tv show in Great Britain. She had |
|
some really sexy moments on that show. She also played the wife of Dr. Jekyll in the most recent tv show of that name which you may be able to catch on BBC America. Really wonderfully mouthy in that show, even though she didn't have many appearances.

Regular network is toast. I wonder if they passed on this one like they did the Sopranos and probably other good shows.
