Tonight we are seeing why it is so important to the Republicans to delay seating Franken
They will delay in any way possible just because of votes like tonight's. Al Franken was just denied the ability cast his vote in accord with his party to deal with the Republican/Bush Recession.

2. We sure as hell don't like it.
But...state law requires that this review by the court take place. We can't bypass our state laws, I'm afraid. Franken will win. But, his win has to be seen as legal through the legal process. It's just that simple.

Minnesotans are legal folks. We want things to be done so there are no later questions. We want to be able to say, "Well Coleman (the asshole) gave it his best shot. He lost. There it is."

Sorry for the delay.
