1. Good!
You know, I'm not sure if it will work, but it's a start. It's something. And to think that the party responsible did absolutely nothing but whine and obstruct. How shameful for them.

2. Do you think the dems might use it against them in 2010?
The republicans didn't give a damn about you or me when the country faced it's biggest economic crisis since the big depression... Yup, works for me! BWAHAHAHAH!!

4. I sure hope so
These hypocritical bastards need to be exposed to their blind sheep.

Come October 2010, DNC should run ads in every GOP congressional district showing the flip flopping of these idiots giving bu$h everything he wanted running the deficit through the stratosphere and suddenly becoming against any spending.

3. I'm sure they're counting on it failing so they can use it against
us in the mid-terms. I hope they're wrong, but, as Thom Hartmann said yesterday, it's going to take longer than that for the full effects to be felt, so it very well might not be working yet, which will be different than it failing. However, they'll jump on it and point out it hasn't done what it was supposed to do. I sure don't want to see another 1994, so I hope it works faster than that.

7. Thanks!
She was here to receive an award at a peace group dinner and also appeared at a fundraiser we had for Nancy Skinner when she was running for Congress the second time. It was in November of 2007 (Nancy eventually dropped out of the race to avoid a contentious primary with Gary Peters).

6. There's that 30% again
If Democratic issues start to get into the 40-45% disapproval range, we need to take serious notice. That would mean we're losing the indies and moderate Republicans and that they're rejoining the core nuts in the GOP.
