DemoTex needs to be named FAA Commissioner

From his great posts on the subject of aviation, it appears he knows what's what in that industry...as opposed to the last commissioner, who knew how to make her boss happy. I think he'd do a good job.

There are two questions: first, will Mac do it, and second, if he would, how do we get the attention of President Obama?

It would be hard to do much worse.

I would like to see Erik Lindbergh (grandson of Charles Lindbergh) nominated as FAA Administrator.

Besides, it might interfere with my summer plans as a fire lookout in the Pacific Northwest. However, I'd sure take a seat on the NTSB when President Obama gets his shot at appointments there!
