Michael Steele unveils his own stimulus plan
$37,000 to every business that has failed

"That was the plan all along" Steele said in a phone interview "the first payment just happened to go to my sister months before anyone else had mentioned a 'Stimulus bill'. That is the kind of vision that I am bringing to the table".
