How do you give your hearts?

So far I've done 1 and 3 but I still have hearts to give so all three is still a possibility.

Mainly I give them to my friends...

And now and then I'll give one to a stranger who doesn't have one.

One I gave yesterday went to a poster who was subsequently TS'd!

5. Sadly, unable to give hearts this year

We had an ice storm and I went without pay for two weeks. Money is really tight and I have none to give. If I did, I'd do all of the above.

I can relate as I am going to be losing my job at the end of my current contract (June 30). Fortunately I can still afford to give to DU thanks to hubby's stable job.

to accumulate more hearts? Just kidding! I like this poll because I had been wondering the same thing. Late last night I cruised DU and gave hearts to those who didn't have any. I also give hearts to those who love cats ;)
